In the early years, Expand Care Solutions focused on local healthcare facilities,
supplying nurses and allied health professionals. The company quickly established
a reputation for reliability and excellence, leading to a significant expansion in
both scope and geographic reach. By 2015, Expand Care Solutions had partnered
with over 100 facilities across the state.
Responding to client demand, 2018 marked a milestone for Expand Care
Solutions as we expanded our services to include domestic staffing. This division
was developed to provide trained, trustworthy staff for residential and commercial
cleaning, addressing a gap in high-quality, comprehensive domestic service
providers.
The integration of advanced scheduling and management technology in 2020
transformed our operations, allowing for real-time staffing solutions and enhanced
communication between clients and staff. This technology enabled us to better
manage logistics and improve the efficiency of placements, setting new industry
standards.
